The Strictly Come Dancing launch is always a chaotic affair. Entertaining, but just a bit bonkers as literally the new celebs find their feet. This year, we had the added excitement of the show coming from a new studio, Elstree Studios.

There are TV launches, and there are those involving Bear Grylls. He began this one by abseiling down the outside of the iconic Battersea Power Station in London. A former SAS soldier, he did it with seemingly no effort. Here's the interview he conducted with Richard Bacon. It's a great listen.
